Due to flower availabilty and time of ordering, we may need to make a few substitutions in the variety or color. If we cannot make these comparible substiutions, we will call and discuss other options for you to choose from. Our goal is to create beautiful designs and happy, satisfied customers!

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we have a 24 hour guarantee. Any issues with quality need to be reported within that time frame and a replacement will be promptly delivered. Flowers need to be watered daily and kept in a cool location away from any heat source, warm environment or window.
